Ana de la Reguera was born in Veracruz, Mexico on April 8, 1977. She studied at Instituto Veracruzano de Cultura (IVEC). Ana started her career by hosting a TV show called Pasarela for a local TV station.

She also studied with Raúl Quintanilla atCentro de Formación Actoral de TV Azteca (CEFAC).

Ana has also participated in many TV commercials, as appearing in a few TV series in Mexico.
